Canfloyd Teddy Bear Vintage Car Ceramic Teapot

This has to be one of the cutest teapots! Whimsical Canfloyd ceramic teapot designed as an old-fashioned automobile reminiscent of a 1930s–1940s car. Two dimensional teddy bears ride inside — one is driving while the passenger on the opposite side appears to be waving. Beautiful warm ivory/cream glazed finish with an intentionally antiqued appearance, chocolate brown trim, black tires and soft blue accents. Lots of wonderful dimensional details including the windows, doors, fenders, wheels, grille and running boards. The design cleverly incorporates the teapot into the car. The handle is at the rear and tea pours through the opening at the front of the automobile just above the grille. Removable roof/lid is intact. Measures approximately 8 1/2 long x 3 1/2 wide. Original bottom label: Canfloyd Trading Limited Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada Very good preowned condition with no cracks noted. There is a small chip/glaze loss on the rear bumper/fender area, which is shown clearly in the photos. Such a fun collectible for a teapot, teddy bear or vintage automobile lover!
