This is the Bistro home bakery, the highest-end model that can make mochi, from Ouchi no Nogami.

Purchased in December 2024 and used about 10 times.
All accessories are included.
The fresh yeast container, measuring spoon, and noodle/mochi paddle are unused.
The instruction manual and recipe book are almost new (as I downloaded the PDF and used that).

There are marks from the paddle on the bottom of the bread pan (see photo 6).
I believe there is little sign of use inside.
The main unit is black, making it difficult to see, but there are some faint scuffs from use. Please check the photos carefully.

As this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
