This is a professional-grade training bench.
I purchased it for my home gym but primarily go to a commercial gym, so it's not getting used. I'm listing it for sale.

With the included leg extension/curl and arm curl attachments, you can perform a wide variety of exercises beyond chest and shoulder training, including leg and arm strengthening.
The backrest features a ladder-style adjustment with a handle knob for easy height changes, and the seat can be quickly adjusted with a pop-pin one-touch system.
