Vintage Grolsch green glass swing-top beer bottle with embossed glass details and original-style ceramic/porcelain stopper, wire bail, and red gasket. This bottle has a great bit of personal history: I purchased it from a woman at a garage sale who told me she received it when she stopped for a beer in Santa Cruz, California, in 1978. Because that date comes from the previous owner rather than a factory date code, I’m listing it as a late-1970s vintage bottle / reportedly acquired in 1978.
