This is a Hand towel from Sanso Iijima.
This Hand towel is dyed using the Miyazome technique, a type of stencil dyeing, at a factory in Utsunomiya, Tochigi.
It is dyed through the following process:
① First, the special fine-weave cotton fabric (tokka) is dyed black.
② Discharge dyeing 1 + Yellow dyeing / Stencil 1
(Clouds - white / Tiger - yellow / Logo - yellow)
③ Discharge dyeing 2 / Stencil 2
(Claws - white / Face - white)
Length: 100cm (approximately 10cm longer than a standard Hand towel)
