This is a kimono and obi that have been stored at home for a long time.
The kasuri (plain weave) kimono has stains on the lining (hakkake).

I believe it can still be worn casually as everyday wear.
Approximate measurements are:
Kimono length: 163 cm
Sleeve length (yuki): 63 cm

Nagoya obi
It has a unique pattern but is in a subdued color.
30 x 352 cm
No noticeable stains are found on this obi.
