Sold as-is. The heating element works perfectly and it gets hot inside without any issues. PLEASE NOTE: The 2, 5, and 9 buttons on the digital control panel are either non-responsive or very hard to press. All other buttons work fine. The amber plastic dome, metal racks, and base pan are all clean and in great condition with no cracks. Perfect if you need replacement parts (dome, racks) or want a fixable unit.
