Description
Vintage Focal MC 2X Tele Converter for Pentax K mount 35mm SLR cameras and lenses. This teleconverter is made in Japan and marked code no. 20-06-75. It is designed to mount between a Pentax K-mount camera body and compatible K-mount lens to double the effective focal length, making it useful for extending normal and telephoto lenses for wildlife, sports, travel, landscape, and general vintage film photography. This model is marked multi-coated and the original box lists 4 elements, automatic diaphragm, and 29mm x 60mm specifications. The box also states it was manufactured in Japan for Kmart Corporation, making it a good vintage accessory for collectors, Pentax K1000 users, and anyone building a classic Pentax K-mount film camera kit. Includes the teleconverter, original retail box, and black fitted storage case. Box has wear from age and storage, but the converter itself presents well overall.
